Hi, I applied for a post paid connection, the Airtel Vendor (Gautam Mob 09560300701) completed all the formalities also i have paid him the advance against the post paid credit. And its been more than 2 months, he is not even issuing a no to me, i called him several times but he starts using bad words and does not want to refund the money that i paid him nor he is ready to issue the post paid connection to me.
Please help me i guess I have been cheated by this person. His behaviour is brutal that cannot be tolerated by me.
