Applied for Airtel Broadband connection and the account# is 7021716337. Airtel sales rep, Mr. parmeshwar took Rs. 1100/- on 29-7-15 and promised to activate connection by 31 July,. After multiple followups, they told me that they can’t give me connection as they do not have free pair near my home. The refund procedure has started since 8th August and I have still not received my money. Also, they are saying they will refund only Rs. 1000/- as Rs.100/- is ‘Notary Charges’. How can they charge anything to the customer for their inability to provide customer? I have already written about 15 emails to them but keep getting scripted responses.
