Balance dedication frequently

When i was browsing through google server in my mobile no ( 8897052615 ) after recharging through pay tm rs .196/- ref id 1381908259 Dated 06-12-2015 time 01:01 PM . when i am recharged i get message “ rachared sucessfull on 06-Dec-15 01.02 PM MRP rs 196.00 Tax: rs 24.82096, Trans Id :1687167723, Benfit :250 MB 3G data for 14 days “
,I had browse facebook site, my main balance deducted 169 rs. In that time i have 25.5 mb data available.

have asked the service provider customer care center through call center, he named subba rao , aprana , Complaint id no 21206245083 replied with irresponsibly and irritated me. i requested his to connect senior officer, he replied “not available”. but after some time he said that i connect u to senior officer. just think of it his answers are irresponsible and irritatable. he said two answers with in 20 sec. i.e. officer not available and i connect u to senior officer. and then he replied “i not connect u to officer” in telugu language his words are very much irresponsible like “senior officer ki call connect cheyadam kudaradu”. thiat means he directly said that i am not connecting u to senior officer.
Next time connected 11-12-2015 time 17:34 pm Customer care name: Subbarao .K reference Id 11211882421 while talking with CC call was disconnected with out any intimation . ( This is way to talk customer . we are not interested to give respected but jest give proper information what i( customer ) required information ) while talk with Mr. Subbarao he bluffed to say that “ you are not recharged on 06-12-2015 & your balance is not deducted “

i am suggest to people do not opt airtel as u r provider. they can cheat u by deducting the balance.
