Sir/Madam
I have been using Aircel Network post-paid connection (Conn. No – 9566236950) for the past Three months. On my december billing they have said the VAS service will activated for 270 /-. i paid the bill along with my tarrif plan and i called to customer care and deactivated the service they have assure that the service will not be activated anymore. But again this month of january same thing happening.
On every month’s bill VAS (Value Added Service ) charge has been added. I would like to
know how it is getting added/activated..?

While surfing if I unknowingly click the popup, those services gets activated and I have been charged.
But at least there should be a warning/pre confirmation popup before a service gets activated.

In all the other networks there is an information, like you are about to activate a service. But in
Aircel it’s not the case. I am experiencing a poor service. Kindly fix that in your end, else suggest me
how to avoid the pop ups.

If these things tend to continue, I have to switch to another network. Kindly revert back ASAP.
