This is a matter of complaint as Aircel is unnecessarily activating a VAS service named TINY TV in my cell which is totally un-usefull to me and deducting balance of RS 30/7 days,
I had registered a complaint regarding this earlier also on customer care and they people deactivated my service but after 3 days again the service has been activated, and again same balance has been deducted. I am approaching customer care again and again but they are busy in taking other calls I don’t know what to do in this case this is totally ridiculous,
I never suggest anyone to go for Aircel operator as they never listen to their customer.
I will definitely complaint for this further and I need my money back because they people don’t know how to earn money.
