Sir my self rajeev currently I’m using aircel company simcard sir on18dec2015 company has deducted 50rs and on 23 Dec 15 again 50rs. When I called to airtel customer care about the deduction of balance, he told me your deduction has been done related to download link but I have all ready internet pack balance from 17 Dec 15 to 7 Jan 16. All also I m using Wi-Fi in my home. Then there is no possibility of deducting rupees from my main balance account against the internet issues. The reply given by the coustmer is not up to my satisfaction level also after calling thousand time they are not connecting my call or making call busy. Please sir do the needful for me against my complaint.
