Dear sir, This is Heisnam Kabitarani book a flight for Delhi to Imphal on 13 Dec 2015& PNR no- is TIBBNA. Due to some domestic problem i used to cancelled my flight on 7th Dec 2015 through Air Asia customer care call centre. Around five time I contact to your customer care, their reply is they are on the process to refund the amount will be credited within 2 working days. Till yet amount is not refund to my account. Please do needfull at your office end please.
