Is First class M.Sc(5 Years integrated)- software engineering with acquiring First Class M.E- CSE elgible to teach Engineering Students as Assistant professor?

Please give clarification for this..
we are suffered to work in private institute as assistant professor.
Because, we complete our courses under engineering colleges. it is not under Art and Science college.
we studied our M.Sc(5 years- Integrated) degree syllabus under the AICTE approved institute and University.
