Dear All

Company had lanuched a project in Sector 08 palwal and collected money from 900 customers almost 95 % and now company declared that that project was morgaed to IFCI bank and Adel dont pay IFCI loan so that project is now property of IFCI.
Customer now found cheated bocoz ADEL nor paying customers money nor able able to give their property.
This is biggest real estate fraud .
Please suggest legal action against this fraud company
