I would like to bring to your notice that I have been using ACT Fibernet connection since October, 2014. However, I have not been able to receive a proper service from the ACT team till date.
I have been facing connectivity issues every now and then but the team does not care to resolve the problem if we do not call them again and again requesting them to look into the issue.
Some issues like : No Internet connectivity during power cut-off , continuous internet downtime etc. are in pending state since 2014. No one would care to look into the issue.
Regarding services, the team is very concerned about sending reminders regarding monthly bill payments and can go to any extend to check that the Bill payment is done on time. But, if it is about some issue to be resolved, they will not care to help even if the bill has been paid on time.
The helpline/customer care number 08042840000 also do not work most of the times – a busy tone can be heard. Also, the team cannot resolve the issues and instead of explaining the complications, if any, they will give lame excuses. They will further request for 24 hours to solve the issue but “24 Hours” is just a term for business usage. They never adher to it.
ACT cannot be trusted and it is not something which can be put within budget. Because every month along with the monthly Bill + Tax, we have to pay around Rs. 100-200 extra which owes to the calls we make to the customer care for connectivity issues(This will happen at least once every month). Hence, the total cost goes upto Bill + Tax + Call Charges.
