I have complained on 19th. Till now my account is not getting transaction.

I am having a lot of trouble getting the transaction done from my account. I want my account unblocked otherwise I will complain by blocking the account. I have called many times. No one in the company is listening to me yet. I am having a lot of trouble sending me money to do the transaction I am having a lot of trouble.
