Just before 5 minutes of the departure, when we called the Meenakshi Bus driver, he said that the bus is cancelled. No prior intimation on the service cancellation. Neither an SMS nor an email has been given about the cancellation.When we called the Abhibus customer care, they have just launched a complain – 5251654723. But no response later. No alternative service. No call return. We had children and old women along with us. All had to suffer a lot due to this bad management. Customer Care is talking only about fund return but they are least bothered about the inconvenience and pain caused due to this bad management from Abhibus. Most worst part is that Abhibus has dropped an email on “How was your Journey”. This is very ridiculous and inhuman from Abhibus.
When Bus service gets cancelled at the last moment, what should the Abhibus do? Can it leave the travelers on the road by just taking the complain? We had kids and old people to be traveled. I had to spend double the cost and time to reach the destiny and give a lot of pain to my family due to this last minute travel plan change. I had to even skip my meetings at office giving some stupid reasons to my manager. Isn’t all this pain only because of the bad management and service of Abhibus? Ther customer care of Abhibus is even more worse. They keep on hold for long time and disconnect. When I call back again, I need to tell the whole story again. I think its one kind of harassing the customers. My struggle now is to make sure that no one else should face the pain that I’ve faced with my family trusting this ridiculous bus services.
