Hi, I had booked a ticket through the abhibus.com. I booked my ticket on 29 th September 2014 for the 10 and 12 October 2014.10 th Oct Chennai to Banglore and 12th OCT Banglore to Chennai , 10th October about to start my travel I came to know bus has cancelled, I have called that travels and asked about pick up point time that time only I came to know that cancelation after that i called ABHI BUS and asked about bus cancelation that time only they came to know that operator (National Travels ticket Number TS-ABB10465792KLT)has cancelled the bus that customer care officer asked me to sorry and 11th hour I booked another bus from same ABHIBUS from my pocket money. Same way return from banglore to Chennai I have called operator about to know pickup place @10:20pm my bus time is 10 :30pm from banglore Maratha halli bridge pickup point simply that operator said we canceled the bus with out prior information they have canceled the bus (SMPK Travels. Date & time of Travelling :12th Oct 2014 at 10 :30 PM ) That Operator was very careless and telling that intimating is not my job, Abhibus.com has to take care of it. All the time I book the tickets from Abhibus . Now I am not understanding who is the responsible for this. Because of all the issues at the neck of moment I spent INR 1100/- extra money to get into another bus to reach Chennai. I have raised the complaint to get refund and compensation also but I dnt get any single reply from ABHI BUS , Really pathetic customer service . I have raised my complaint ABHI BUS support team complaint number is 218484 , so far I didn’t get any reply from that service Complainant Information
