i don’t understand, why should one share the bank statement to get the refund.

i see there are only 3 probabities of outcome

1) IF YOU HAVE REFUNDED : check your account and if there is any refund to my account number then just show me the transaction details so that from there on, i will carry on the procedure with my bank people and get back my money

2) IF YOU HAVE NOT REFUNDED : refund it back

3) BANKER CHECK FROM YOUR END : Anyway banker will have my account details and transactions details and so by checking each transaction, they should be able to judge whats the status of my refund

i’m deeply disappointed with the kind of response which i got from your customer care

i never expected this sort of reponse ( ” We Urge you to share bank statement to serve you better ” from your ( Abhibus) end to your customer.

its not about money, but the kind of trouble which you give to customer…
on daily basis you keep texting me or mailing me the wonderfull offers and services and lure me to your offer.. stating that you will give us quality services but in reality its other way around 🙁
