Refund my amount from Fala international services

I got a call from an unknown number starting I got 3 f Gift vouchers and asked me to come to their location.so I went to find out where they have sales boys and girls, who are scammers tempting us to offer for few vacation plans in return of 299000 plans and to accept the offer same day. If I don’t accept the vaccination, the cost will increase and they were asking for my credit card details where I would get 0% interest and start with an EMI of 6229 of 48 months and they said will check my eligibility or not. They simply deduct 278000 rupees in my credit card, they told me the amount will be credited after 7 days. I blindly trusted that people. They can’t even show their company details before payment. After the transaction they provide me the company details. Later I searched in Google, that company is a fraud so many people are bothering their company. I later called the manager and their employees, their customer care head. They simply said your amount will be credited after 7 days. I haven’t taken any service from them. They simply told like check the eligibility from my credit card after that they deducted 278000 in my account.But I don’t have trust. So I approached the consumer forum now.
