I became a member on December 31, 2022. We had paid almost 2.4 lakhs to reserve this membership. If we are unhappy with the service, we can cancel after our first vacation, we were told.

When we arrived at the hotel on the first day of our vacation, the hotel manager informed us that there had been no reservations and that they had no affiliation with Pacific Holiday World.

After being contacted again by customer service, they admitted that the reservation had been made at the wrong hotel.

When I got there, it was a low-class hotel with unpleasant rooms, mosquitoes, and a nearby open sewage drain.

These people still did not change my hotel despite repeated calls. In the end, I had to cancel my trip and return home.

After this, I had requested a cancellation and money-back guarantee. They respond that this is not an acceptable justification for cancellation. I’ve been checking in for more than five months.
