They make false claims.

Mr. Sachin and Mr. Sumit promised me at the time of sale that they would give a couple one free roundtrip flight anywhere in India.

I called the team leader, Mr. Sumit, who informed me that Mr. Sumit had left his position and that we were no longer liable for his promises. Also, customer service is not responding correctly.
