Fraud Company- Fraudulent transaction from my credit Card

In the course of the event they set up, Saurav Sukla (the salesperson) made a fraudulent transaction of 49500 rs using my credit card.
My money must be returned.

They initially claimed that they were using my card to verify the best offer available and that they had made the purchase without my permission.
