I am writing to make a formal complaint against Countrywidevisas, with regards to their service and their unethical business practices. In the beginning, I was informed by a person named Nadeem, who represented the company, that I would need to pay INR 3540 to start the visa process. He also assured me that if there were any issues or problems, I would be refunded INR 3000 as GST. However, once the payment was made, the company did not provide me with the service that they had promised, and I was left with no choice but to request a refund. Nadeem refused to return the money, despite the assurance given earlier. This experience has left me feeling cheated and frustrated. I have the invoice to prove that I have paid INR 3540 to the company. I feel that I have been taken advantage of, and it is unacceptable for a company to behave in this manner.
