Totally untrue complaint appearing on your site

This is a repeat of a complaint raised 1 week ago.
Should we not hear from you in respect of points 1-3 below, we will instruct our lawyers to write to you, as the perpetrators of the malicious and false complaint.

Good afternoon, It has been brought to our attention that the following complaint:
Has been posted publicly on your website.
This is a totally false and malicious complaint. It specifically names an individual who works in our business, and suggests, very clearly, that the employment business is tainted by association. We consider this libellous.
Would you please contact us to:
1. Explain how this has appeared on your site? We would like to take action against the individual concerned.
2. Take this off your site immediately?
3. Issue an apology?
This could have a detrimental impact on both our business and Izzy’s reputation.
