I have purchased a park royal holiday membership for rupees 45000 at the time of purchasing the membership thier executive told me that they provide me a 3 0r 4 star property but they didn’t provide me that, they provide some chep hotels which I did not want and they also told me that they provide 2 rooms for three nights in Manali after purchasing the membership and after I purchased the membership they have not provide me the same. I want my refund I do not want to continue. Please help
