I purchased a three-year membership from Park Royal Holiday Pvt. Ltd. on September 11, 2022, and as part of a special deal, they gave me 18 nights, a 21-day welcome package, and a free trip to Goa for three nights.

When I attempted to book my goa trip on September 23, 2022, they took 4 days to check availability and did not provide me with a clear response from customer care. Finally, they replied to my email by saying that this date was a blackout date.

Please alter the date. When I filled out the membership form, they assured me that there were no blackout dates and that they would manage my schedule 365 days a year. However, they lied to me and stole Rs. 40.000 from me. I’m member 11991.
