Newly purchased Mobile is not taking wifi

I had purchased phone from Flipkart, brand name redmi by xiaomi
Model no :M2006C3MII
When i am trying to connect my wifi of jio company and airtel fiber both are not connecting.

When I request to Flipkart to upgrade/ replace my mobile with 5g mobile they said redmi company will do so
And when I connect redmi company they said Flipkart will replace the mobile
And with all this mess i am loosing my daily business for which I purchased mobile
I am a restaurant owner and my use of this mobile is for online delivery application manage
