I received wrong product

I saw the advertisement and ordered a smart watch from instragram , there was a link for order so I do and today i received a order of rs 1500 i received wrong product now I open the orders link there is no option for refund or exchange product I’m so helpless 1500₹ is so much for me I need help I submit this completed here just because on the product box there are written sound beat hub
