Demanding for Money

I applied for captcha work at ebook typer they asked me that it is 10 day work and if I won’t be able to complete I have to pay 6900 rs. that what I have Paid even more. and now they are filing a case that the contract is for 11 months and I have to pay for 11 months. I don’t have that much money. Will anyone help me??
My name is Nafiya Qazi.I tried for a part time job and searched the sites like Quickr, Naukri etc. And registered for any Data entry related part time job in Quickr. Then from the EBOOKTYPER an employee reached me and said that, they have a CAPTCHA filling job, which should be completed in 10 days with 90% accuracy. I will be credited Rs. 3 per captcha and there will be no amount if the accuracy was less than 90% and there will be a registration fee of 6490 that will cut off from the first salary. I took an online captcha typing job from DTS Technologies and the time to submit the work was 10 days. But the website that they provided was ebooktyper.in and the work I did for the first 3 days was not updated in the website.And for the registration they asked me to send the Adhar card details and sign a digital contract.
and now I received a mail that an FIR [FIR No – 11191004210220] has been registered in Ahmedabad City Police Station by Manoj on behalf of EBOOKTYPER demanding me to pay rupees 8000 to avoid legal actions. I have not signed agreement with EBOOKTYPER and my agreement is with DTS Technologies. The FIR that was attached with mail has no signature of the police officer incharge and has no seal of the police station. Please take legal step to stop this type of scams.

Same thing happened with me, that time i didn’t scared because i knew that i was not wrong but daily they was calling me and messaging and they was saying like they will take legal actions against me, that time i replied them like “Do Whatever you want and come to my home with local police with physical agreements Not a digital agreements, i ask them for address and i will pay the money at your location and i hv searched some laws against scam, frauds and piched them, they scared from all laws which i told them and they block my number after that didn’t received any calls from there side.
my only suggestion is avoid them and you blackmail them using some laws and your reputation or anything else like rude behavior, else ask them for there office address.
