Online scam. Payment done but product not received.

I purchased an item from their site on fourteenth may, 2020 and made online installment by means of paytm. The request id was 1077 and I got a message adjusting the request. In any case, neither have I gotten any correspondence from the shipper nor my request has shown up till now. The vendor site, mm-masses. Myshopify.com has vanished. It is extremely unlikely I can contact the shipper any longer. I found the instagram record of the site and pinged the shipper there however got no reaction. Likewise, I sent him yet no answer. Compassionately help. The request sum was rs. 250.
