I request my money back as I got to know it’s a Scam company

Hi, I got a call from Edwisor regarding placement program plan. I paid them upto 22k and they said 100% job guaranteed, otherwise you will refunded with an agreement.
Later after two months, one of my friend said me it’s a fraud company. I got shocked and requested my money back by keeping around 30 mails to them. Finally I got a mail stating they don’t have money return in their policy terms. Now i’m in crisis of money and I don’t know to whom I have to approach for this. Really I need some help as I live in below poverty line.
