Refund Issue & NON Genuine Projects

Hi,
I took a project from NTS infotech, the project is junk which is loaded with errors , a lot of time is wasted . During joining they mentioned whatever amount you are paying shall be refunded after an year, but till now my amount is not refunded.
KINDLY CHECK THE BELOW SCREENSHOT FOR REFERENCE. NOW THEY ARE NOT EVEN RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS.
ITS A BIG SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
