Refund money not received

I had cancelled an order on 9/06/2019 the same day as ordering due to use of wrong debit card. The cancellation was immediate and the refund money was said to be received within a week . It has been 15 days (23/06/2019) and the money has not received yet.Several email has been sent to the customer care and not action has been taken. Order ID:FL0106449080.
