Online seller with no refund policy like Amazon or others

I ordered a salvatr and received a poor quality material. Ordered for small size and they sent xxxL. Order I’d VT155353539548 raised a concern for return and refund. It’s completely a cheating by them. They charged 1750 RS for worst product.
