Selling cheap product for higher price and not obeying their return policy

I purchased a lehenga which I received totally crap product not matching online content they have showed. On asking refund they are playing ard emails and not providing contact number to talk. The fraud owner is Rajeev pawar hiding somewhere and cheating many women
