Excess Payment Deduction

In continuation to my previous complaint I do submit herewith that order no #177223 dated 18/02/2019.
The site showed arte $1.99 whereas on completion INR 7546/- deducted. I submitted request for cancellation of order but still no reply received.
Please help me in taking my money back.
