I have ordered a very beautiful dress from a shopping portal but the website has not sent me my purchased item. From www.propadeals.com i have bought pretty dress (Product Code: 2121 amounting INR 3,850.00). Its been more than a week and i have no update about my order.

I ordered a lehnga choli from saribox they delivered a very cheap lehnga when contacted they said you return it and we will credit in your wallet but now they received the product back I have a receipt of courier but they are not responding and my money is with them. Please help
