Shopolics -Fraud company

This is to complaint that this company has been fooling a lot of customers in the name of business. Some action really needs to be taken as there are multiple people who they have been harrassing consistently over the past few months. Evidence of this malafide intention of making quick buck is very well evident from the different reviews about the company all over the internet. They don’t pick up calls, nor reply to any messages of the harassed customers. Their return policy is also very strange…. In case the even agree for a replacement, they take back the wrong merchandise and never refund the money. Along with this they also never send the right merchandise. It is the customer who is an all loser in terms of money and the merchandise.This matter has to be looked into immediately because the number of fraudulent transactions are continuing and harassed customers are increasing day by day. As a customer, I hope that this complaint is not going to fall in deaf ears and uncertainty some immediate and necessary action would be taken to stop such obnoxious person to do business.
