Vastrova such a fraud company. These guys sell all fake products and you have no courtesy to listen to the complaints. The reviews on the website are not true as well. Wasted my money on a cheap quality dress and wasting my time to follow up with you guys is even more worser. Will someone from your team get back to me to attend my complaint?
I ordered a dress from Vastrova few days back looking at the good reviews but I did not like the quality of the product when the product reached me.So I dropped a mail to them to guide me through the return procedure and I have not gotten any reply from them.I sent messages on instagram and mentioned in comments of their posts on Instagram too but they simply deleted all the comments.It’s such a fraudulent website.
Vastrova is selling a fake products or Duplicate products to the customers. the Quality is really very poor. i have also commented on their website and the reviews are no where seen. this is simply looting people with the duplication reviews and products on website. as i have requested for a return and they provided me with a adress and even mentioned about the self courier and deduction of Rs 250 as product handling charges and the rest to be credited back to Vastrova account but that never happened and this a online scam. Guys beware of such website and they are even selling the product with another website name called ” SHOPKIO.COM ” which is also a similar one. there are many reviews but all the reviews are with the with the help of google or self made positive one please dont take these reviews into consideration and waste your money.

Same thing happened to me I bought a dress for 1700..which is shit..they are such a horrible website and big time fraud daylight Robbery..people should be aware..they delete all the comments and reviews and never reply to emails..

The reviews were good at the site.. But the quality which we received is very poor and fake.
Can someone tell me how to return the product as its very pathetic. They are not replying to email or msg in Instagram

Vastrova.com is a fraud company, products in this site are totally fake and low quality one, they dont have return policy, you need to courier the dress and in return they dont give the money back the money is put in their site wallet that is again with them, their policy no where mentions no money back anywhere.
You are allowed to write the review as a member and as a customer then who is writing the reviews on the site ?? its all fake. next is your reviews on FB page are also deleted. clearly people are getting fooled and its a big scam out there.

Vastrova products are very cheap quality. No easy returns no one to respond. Dey r such frauds dey r cheating . Very low quality dress dey have sent
Cheap quality dresses and online picture is different and product is different.When asked for refund they are email saying they will deduct 250 plus we have to courier their product and amount will be in the their website wallet.How fair is these.Kindly take some strict actions against them and I want my refund all amount.
Vastrova is a waste company and fraud these people are selling very cheap quality dresses ,and rating also not true and wasting of my time and money for return the courier those guys are told me money transfer to my bank account but they cheated me the money refunded their vastrova wallet but I am not able to buy any other product from vastrova they wasted my money but I won’t leave them
I am also victim of vastrova fake products. Let me know how we should proceed legal action on this fake company.

It is such a fake website with no proper customer service. They loot you for cheap quality products. No contact number, no proper response. Never order from this website if you don’t want to waste your money. My maid also wears better quality products than they provide

could’nt agree more with all you guys. i have nothing new to tell. every comment is very very true. Feeling very bad to have got cheated like this. now i am like…….i dont wanna shop online anything any more. i cant even give it for someone else to wear. Not even for people who wear torn cloths ….its that horrible.
