Product not delivering

I have purchased LEMMFO LEM7 4G-LTE GPS Smartwatch Phone with 2G+16Gon Zeby on 24th Nov 2018.
And paid to my payment of Rs. 1599 via Paytm.

After payment no order confirmation was received from Zeby.
Therefore, I am trying to contact their customer support +91-7290885855 many times. However, no one was responding any call.

I am trying to send email on [email protected]. However, email was bounce every time.

They couldn’t deliver the product or return the amount also.

I have also complained to Paytm. However, Paytm denied to support anything on this regard and requested to take legal action to the company directly.

Please help me…………
