Not exchanging the product n misbehaving n abused call operater

I have purchased a hoodie from Hangouts online store. I was poorly delivered after a long time through so many complaints. The product was very small I requested to exchange. The call operater misbehaved and abused said
‘ma chudane ke liye kharede the Hangouts shop se’. This was his word on telephone. This is a he standard n level of the Hangouts shop n response to custermers. When hangouts shop is not avail to respect and cate the need of a customer than it should be closed.
