I have ordered 2 pcs of fancy kurtis, but received 2 pcs of cheap and old saris

I have filled a return and refund form in their website, which says refund will be given and customer care will contact for further action. but there is no response. the number given in their website is wrong. totally fraud company. request the concerned to take immediate action against this company. I have lost Rs.962/-.
