I’m also another victim just like every other customer who is complaining for the cheap quality products and the refund policy of the website. I’ve purchased a dress worth rupees 1800/- that too of low quality. We should initiative a campaign against the fraudulent company. Please I urge you to complaint this website for the higher authority so, they can take legal action against the company management for the poor service. My order number is PU153720652484 and my invoice number is PU5992.
I too got bullied by the products shown and the products delivered. Absolute cheap quality.
Plus they have the audacity to state Rs.250 charges towards refund which they don’t mention on their return policy.
Courier too we have to bear which is an additional 300.
Please take legal action against them as they are a fraudulent firm trying to make money from refund charges
