Fraud. selling wrong products

I ordered a pair of shoe from madingas.com . They gave me wrong product. I paid ₹1500 for shoes and got a shoe worth ₹300. They are active on mails but they aren’t giving me any details like contact no. Or the return address.
I want a strict action against them and get my money back
