Order No 52517 was placed on vicky.in on 23 Aug 2018 for a toy, payment has been debited from the paying account. despite numerous emails no response to the order status is being given. Phone helpline number is switched off. Pls provide the refund or deliver the item. Its a fraud website.

I am not getting any response from you, whereas the payment has been credited.
