I was ordered for air conditioner of carrier company of 1.5 tn inverter on 16/05/2018. Flipkart given delivery date 19/05/18, but it was not delivered by date 25/05/18. Meanwhile I was talked with Flipkart representative for delivery but they are unavailable to deliver, therefore I was cancelled my order on 25/05/18.
At that time the representative given assurance that the refund of my order will be generated in six working days. But till today the refund do not paid. I was contacted many time to Flipkart representative and the senior but there is no result. I also write on mail of Flipkart but my complaint is still not resolve.
As I was ordered this product through ICICI BANK debit card, Bank was paid the product amount ₹. 32097 to seller company as a loan of my bank account.
Now my bank is deduction of monthly installment of the loan from my bank account with interest by ₹. 4012 p.m
R/sir i am humbly request to you that kindly takes my case on hand and refund my amount with interest from seller or Flipkart.
I like to also inform you that 19th may is my l marriage anniversary and I was want to give a pleasure suprise gift to my wife but Flipkart was failed to delivered the product in time and break my heart feelings, so that I like to claim on Flipkart of ₹ 1000000 for break my feelings as not delivered in time.
