Smart-car.tech / Nikola the Biggest Fraud Company
DON’T GET YOUR APPLICATION MADE BY THIS COMPANY! IF/WHEN YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR APP THEY WILL NOT OFFER ANY FORM OF REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE TO BLAME!
This is my own personal experience working with smart-car.tech / Nikola from Last Few Years. The Project was never completed to satisfaction.
My project was officially started on a given date having received and approved a proposal sent to me. The proposal said that smart-car.tech Nikola would “design and develop a taxi app” that would be a app running on both andriod and ios paltfrom. They would also offer “testing” of the app and “professional deployment/installation”. Overall Nicola have charged me very high for the app that is not at all worth it and doesn’t work on mobile phones!
The “final” app was completed and released after few months where I personally found around 100 problems/issues on the app, ranging from spelling mistakes to serious major issues. I feel that it may have never fully been tested as simple, basic mistakes were found once the app was analysed by a different developer. They are saying that I fully tested the site first which they did not. I was told it was ready to go.
Since early February I had to get another developer to sort out and complete my taxi App. Nicola had promised me to solve out the issue but atlast hey were not able to solve. I have had to call someone in to complete the work as we have just been going around in circles for over 4 months. Their response has been to just carry on until the work is done. They had 9 months (around 270 days) to do a project that they said would take around 100 Days (just over three months). I have tried to contact the bosses of the company but don’t really get anywhere, (she sometimes responds to emails, her husband I have tried only today to call and speak to him 7 times with no luck, he’s always in a meeting) and have looked for a refund as I feel they have wasted my time and money. They have not given me a refund as they had done the work. The General Manager of Projects has said “As we have put efforts for the project. Refund will not be able to proceed as per the policy. You can please let us know in case you want us to work on the issues. we can work on them.” I now have another person working on the app, why would I want them to do it too? As of today they are refusing any form of refund.Smart-car.tech Nikola is a very fraud company the worst experience to my taxi app. Dont ever think to invest in Nicola for any kind of services they would eat up the money and give a copied app from anywhere else which is full of bugs.
