I ordered a dress online and they just sent me a piece of cloth which was not what I ordered also when I searched online I saw that they are doing this to every customer who orders something from their site , there is no return and exchange policy and they are denying the fact that i have received the wrong order , I called the customer service they told that they are not responsible for this
