I bought a Redmi note 5 pro from www.shop9x.com on 25 july 2018 for Rs 13999 order number 1807634. They were not delivering product and not even providing tracking id. When asked for cancelling order they refused they later cancelled order but are not refunding money which i paid them through phonepay. I have been cheated by them.I am major in Indian army.I request you to take strict action against them so that no one else get cheated.
