I was advertised Apple Airpods on Instagram, sold by Boost Sales Express (www.boomcartz.com). The website claimed a 30 day full refund guarantee. The cash on delivery order for Rs 1999 (Order #6043 on July 22, 2018) was sent by Delhivery Express. Instead of Apple Airpods, a pair of fake wired earphones and charger were sent. Afterwards, my customer support requests to emails [email protected] and [email protected] started bouncing. I would like a full refund. Moreover, companies like Instagram, Delhivery and GoDaddy should not do business with this fraudster.
