I purchased a watch with earpods. It was broken, I called xank and was asked to send a unboxing video. I sent a video as well as pictures and told them later in a call that unboxing video is not possible since I’ve opened it and no where on your website or product is it mentioned that you need to make an unboxing video. I have been repeatedly calling and emailing but they are not ready to give me a refund. I asked them to let me speak to there technical team or the higher management but all they say is we can’t transfer calls. And they have no solution to this. They are constantly asking for an unboxing video.
