I bought a smart watch online (Xank.in) on 14th of this month it got delivered on 19th. They watch i ordered was different and the watch they sent is different product with damaged. From same day i’m trying to call them they always say 24hrs time if they answer my calls. Mostly they are avoiding my calls. I want a replacement or refund.
From 20th to till day i’m calling them they are not responding well.
Please help me out.
Fake products and damaged products.
They show different product online when we buy they sell us different product.
