I had ordered a dress for INR 1750 and I paid for it when I received the parcel from Drapematic. The cloth was of cheap material and was not even the same type as what I had ordered. When I asked for refund I was blocked on Instagram and what’s app. Now they are refusing to return my money or exchange the product. Please help.
