xank.in - wrong product delivered and no refund policy or change

i was ordered for “Vapor KW77 Smart Watch with Camera (Roun …)” but they are delivered “Y1S smart watch.
then i was calling to customer care. he/she was say to me no refund policy for this type of delivery.
it just like frouding to his customers.
